Our Story

Custom Classic Homes was founded in 1995 by Keith Roberson, a master builder who has dedicated his entire adult life to creating dream homes. Keith began building with his future father-in-law at age 17. By 25, he launched his own custom trim business, meticulously crafting the finish work of fine homes throughout Middle Tennessee.

Over the years, Keith has assembled a team of highly skilled, high-end craftsmen — many of whom he has worked with since the very beginning. After 44 years in the dream-building business, Keith is still on the job site every day, personally overseeing every detail of his clients’ investment.

Custom Classic Homes holds an unlimited license, allowing us to build homes of any size and scope, tailored precisely to each client’s vision.

Kickoff Meeting
The initial meeting introduces you to our planning and building process. We discuss your goals, define the project scope, and outline timelines and costs, establishing the direction for your dream home.
Review the Design
We meet with you to review the conceptual design. This step is collaborative — designs can be refined as many times as necessary until it perfectly reflects your vision.
Budget Review
Together, we review the initial budget, discuss adjustments, and create a clear plan to move forward while keeping your project goals in mind.
Finance Meeting
You meet with your bank to discuss financing options and obtain a loan pre-approval, ensuring your project is fully funded and ready to proceed.
Final Budget Review & Contract
We review the final budget, discuss any last changes, and finalize the contract. Once signed, plans, specifications, and the budget are submitted to your bank. The bank orders the appraisal and coordinates loan closure.
Begin Construction
After submitting plans to the building department and obtaining permits, we officially begin construction — bringing your dream home to life under the guidance of Keith and our expert team.
